Lab Requisition Support
If you need blood work ordered, you’ll receive a lab requisition for the appropriate panel. If you already have labs ordered through your physician, those results may be used instead when appropriate.

Your results are analyzed through a functional optimal lens, looking beyond standard reference ranges to identify patterns across metabolism, inflammation, hormones, nutrients, stress physiology, recovery, and long-term resilience.
Personalized Protocol
Each quarter, you receive a customized protocol based on your current lab results, symptoms, goals, and lifestyle. Recommendations may include nutrition, supplementation, sleep, nervous system regulation, blood sugar support, recovery strategies, and lifestyle adjustments.
Protocol Report Session
You’ll meet 1:1 to walk through your results, understand what your biomarkers are showing, review your protocol, and clarify your highest-priority action steps for the quarter.
Quarterly Follow-Up
Each quarter includes a follow-up session or check-in to assess implementation, answer questions, evaluate progress, and make strategic adjustments before the next round of testing.
Ongoing Trend Tracking
Your biomarkers are reviewed quarter over quarter to identify improvements, emerging patterns, and areas that need continued support. The goal is to build a clearer picture of how your physiology changes over time.
Lab testing is paid separately.
The $750 quarterly membership fee does not include the cost of lab testing. Labs are paid separately and pricing will depend on the specific panel selected. If you already have recent or upcoming blood work through your physician, those results may be used when appropriate.
