We work with you on your entire diet; the food you eat, the information you consume, the thoughts and emotions you allow. You will be guided through a program that recommends lifestyle and dietary changes, mindset and subconscious programming work, and supplementation.
This 100% personalized coaching program is 100% customized to you based on your own biometrics, including blood work, nutrient status, sleep and recovery metrics, metabolic function, hormonal health, digestive health, absorption ability, and of course your desired lifestyle, preferences and goals. This is the ultimate approach to cultivating sustainable health, wellness and performance in your day-to-day life.
The Coaching Process
>> Onboarding
Once you enroll, you'll schedule your onboarding call and complete a brief series of intake videos and forms. This sets the foundation for a targeted, personalized approach from day one.
>> Initial Consultation
We’ll meet for a 60-minute deep-dive into your health history, lifestyle, symptoms, and past labs. This is where we start connecting the dots between how you feel and what’s actually going on inside your body and brain.
>> Diagnostic Lab Work
You’ll complete advanced blood work (and other functional labs as needed). We analyze everything through a high-performance lens using optimal values, identifying hidden dysfunctions your standard doctor likely missed.
>> Lab Analysis Review
Once your results are in, you’ll receive a personalized Loom video walking you through your lab data, key insights, and how they tie into your symptoms, stress patterns, and performance.
>> Protocol Delivery
After reviewing your labs, we’ll meet live to walk through your full personalized protocol covering nutrition, supplementation, nervous system support, movement, mindset, and daily implementation strategies.
>> Follow Up Appointments
You’ll meet biweekly for 1:1 coaching to stay on track, fine-tune your plan, and scale results. Between sessions, you’ll receive weekly check-ins, direct messaging access, and consistent accountability via our secure client app.
>> Blood Work Reassessment
Every 3 months, we retest your labs and track your physiological progress alongside performance and mindset metrics, so we can recalibrate, refine, and upgrade your next phase.
Meet Your Coach
Kacy is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Brain Health Coach, Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist and Holistic Health Practitioner.
Kacy created the Health Optimization program after training with an Integrative doctor and learning that traditional medicine treat symptoms rather than looking for the root cause to correct it. Kacy used blood work and functional lab analysis to accurately assess your physiology, immune function, digestive status, nutrient deficiencies, microbiome balance and hormonal status. She also takes the time and care to learn about your preferences, habits, routines and all the details that makes you, you. Within your Health Optimization program Kacy will guide you through multiple phases of your customized treatment and maintenance plans to help you achieve and sustain your wellness goals.

Success is the sum of our daily habits. Before we even dive into the specific of your nutrition protocol, we need to get solidify your daily health to-do’s. In this meeting, we’ll plan how you’re going to cultivate health with your lifestyle.

No two humans should eat the exact same diet. Using your consultation and blood test results, we will customize a dietary protocol to your unique biochemistry, current lifestyle, state of health, preferences and wellness goals.

As needed, you will receive medical-grade supplements that have been intensely-vetted for quality, stability and results. Each supplement recommendation is completely unique to your body, lifestyle, goals, and/or health condition.

Sustainability is the name of the game and behavioral science has shown us how important accountability and support are for long-term success! We’re here for you and will check in with you, answer your questions, review your logs and offer advice.

Every other week you’ll jump on a dedicated video chat with your nutritionist for a health check-in and to discuss your progress, review educational materials and adjust your protocol.
