Building Generational Health Through Intentional Family Planning & Health Optimization

FROM FERTILITY PREP - POSTPARTUM & BEYOND

Your Next Phase of Life

Most of our clients start by optimizing their own health; energy, hormones, performance, and resilience. And at a certain point, that focus evolves. From building your body to building your life. From personal performance… to legacy.

This is where we shift the strategy to where the most important intention and effort will be put in. Not your business or your career, but your family. The exact thing you’ve been working so hard to create and care for.

We’re here to support you, your spouse, and future child(ren) through every physiological phase of building your family.

Phase 1 — Health Optimization

Everything starts here. We establish a strong physiological foundation through advanced lab work, biometrics, and performance-based health strategies.

This includes:

  • Hormonal optimization

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Energy stability and recovery

  • Blood chemistry and micronutrient status

This is where you move from functioning… to operating at a higher level.

Phase 3 — Preconception

In the months leading up to conception, we move into a more targeted phase.

This is where we:

  • Assess blood work to confirm optimal nutrient status & function

  • Nail down exact ovulation timing and strength

  • Track and optimize daily fertility hormones for precision conception

  • Begin optimal prenatal supplementation and nutrition

  • Reduce systemic stress

This is where preparation becomes precise, ensuring both partners are entering conception in the strongest possible physiological state.

Phase 5 — Birth

Birth is a physiological event that requires preparation, not just endurance.

We focus on:

  • Preparing the body for the demands of labor

  • Supporting nervous system regulation

  • Ensuring adequate nutrient and energy reserves

  • Creating a strategy that supports both performance and recovery

This phase bridges pregnancy into postpartum with intention.

Phase 2 — Fertility Optimization

When you’re ready to start thinking about having children, we shift the focus to reproductive health. This is where most people guess or wait. We don’t. We assess and optimize:

  • Sperm quality and male fertility markers

  • Female cycle health and hormone balance

  • Nutrient status critical for conception

  • Optimize gastrointestinal and vaginal microbiomes

  • Inflammation, toxin exposure, and metabolic health

  • Stress physiology and its impact on fertility

Phase 4 — Pregnancy Support

This phase is separated into 3 sections. Each trimester brings different physiological demands, and we adjust accordingly with comprehensive blood work, assessments and nutritional, nervous system and bacterial optimizations at every trimester to fully support both mom and baby.

Support includes:

  • Energy and recovery optimization

  • Blood sugar regulation

  • Nutrient support for both mother and baby

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Bacterial inoculation for fetal development and postpartum stability

  • Ongoing lab and biomarker tracking each trimester

The goal is stability, resilience, support, and optimal outcomes, not just “getting through it.”

Phase 6 — Postpartum & Breastfeeding

Postpartum is one of the most critical, and most neglected, phases of this entire process. Recovery is not automatic. It requires intentional inputs and support. It’s not just recovery, it’s a continuation of output under a new set of physiological demands.

The body is recalibrating hormonally, recovering from pregnancy and birth, and in many cases, simultaneously supporting infant development through breastfeeding. This phase requires just as much structure and support as pregnancy, if not more.

We guide:

  • Hormonal recalibration and nervous system recovery

  • Nutrient repletion following pregnancy and birth

  • Energy and recovery strategies to support daily output

  • Support for breastfeeding, including the increased energetic and micronutrient demands required for milk production

  • Ongoing stabilization of metabolism, mood, and overall health

Breastfeeding places a significant demand on the body and directly impacts both maternal health and infant development. Our goal in this phase is to support both, ensuring the mother is recovering effectively while also maintaining the capacity to nourish and support the next stage of growth.
